These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TrainingVault.co LLC (“TrainingVault,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. If registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
TrainingVault is not intended for direct use by individuals under the age of 18. Any minor who appears in uploaded content or who receives access to TrainingVault must do so under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Business owners, coaches, and administrators are solely responsible for obtaining verifiable parental or guardian consent before creating accounts for minors, uploading content involving minors, or granting minors access to any TrainingVault materials.
By using TrainingVault, business owners represent and warrant that they have obtained all legally required parental or guardian consent for any minor who appears in uploaded content or who receives access to the platform, and that they will maintain records of such consent. TrainingVault may remove content or suspend access if we become aware that a minor’s information has been provided without proper consent.
TrainingVault does not independently verify parental consent and is not liable for unauthorized use of the platform by minors or for content uploaded without proper consent.
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized activity.
TrainingVault is a SaaS platform for gyms, coaches, and training businesses. Services may include:

By selecting a subscription plan, you authorize TrainingVault to charge applicable fees through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant TrainingVault a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, stream, and display your content solely to operate the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to your content.
All TrainingVault trademarks, logos, and platform features are the property of TrainingVault.co LLC.
You may not record, copy, download, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise capture any content on TrainingVault using third‑party software, screen‑recording tools, browser extensions, or any other method. All content is provided solely for authorized viewing within TrainingVault.
You may not upload, publish, or distribute TrainingVault content on any external platform, website, social network, or service without the express written permission of the content owner.
Any attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with TrainingVault’s content protections, access controls, or security features is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
You agree not to use the platform to:

You may not use any content hosted on TrainingVault—including videos, audio, images, or metadata—to train, fine‑tune, or improve any artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, dataset, or automated algorithm. This restriction applies to both commercial and non-commercial AI systems.
TrainingVault may use anonymized, aggregated usage data solely to improve platform performance and security.
TrainingVault does not provide, license, or control any music captured in user-uploaded videos. Any copyrighted material included in content is the sole responsibility of the uploading user or gym.
TrainingVault operates under applicable safe‑harbor provisions, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If we receive a valid takedown notice, we may remove or disable access to the content in question.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content.
TrainingVault.co LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
TrainingVault is not responsible for any claims, disputes, or damages arising from a business owner’s failure to obtain proper parental or guardian consent for minors. All liability related to minor participation, appearance in content, or access to the platform rests solely with the business owner or uploading party.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You agree to indemnify and hold TrainingVault harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
This includes, without limitation, any claims arising from a minor’s use of the platform without proper parental or guardian consent, content featuring minors uploaded without proper authorization, or violations of child privacy laws.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately and certain sections of these Terms survive termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Saratoga County, New York.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrainingVault.co LLC.
