TrainingVault — Member FAQ

1. How much does membership cost?

Membership from the platform is free. Your gym or coach pays for the platform (They may add a charge to your regular membership outside of the platform).

2. What personal information does TrainingVault store?

Only what’s necessary:

  • Your email (for login and account recovery)
  • Your name (so your gym can recognize you)

Optional fields like profile photo or disciplines are completely optional. They may support future features but are not required today.

3. Do I need to upload a profile picture?

No. Uploading a photo is optional.

4. Do I need to select my training disciplines?

No. This is optional and only used for future enhancements.

5. Who can see the training videos?

This depends on how your gym is set up.

Any member can upload a video to their gym, but the gym takes full responsibility for that video once it’s uploaded. From there, the gym decides who can see it:

  • They can assign the video to specific individuals
  • Or they can assign it to a group within the gym

Anyone who has access to that group will automatically have access to the video.

6. Does TrainingVault own my videos?

No. Your gym owns the content they upload. TrainingVault simply stores and delivers it securely.

7. Can other members see my profile?

No. Members cannot see each other’s profiles. Only your gym’s staff can view your basic info.

8. Can I belong to more than one gym?

Yes. If you train at multiple gyms, and each gym has active status with TrainingVault, you can access all of them from the same account.

9. Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can request account deletion at any time. Your gym may retain videos with your participation, but your personal account data can be removed.

10. Is my data shared with third parties?

No. TrainingVault does not sell or share your personal information with advertisers or outside companies.

11. How secure are the videos?

Videos are stored using industry‑standard security practices. Only authorized gym staff and the authorized members can access them.

12. Can I download my videos?

No. TrainingVault does not allow downloading videos directly from the platform. This protects your gym’s intellectual property and prevents unauthorized sharing.

13. Can I use TrainingVault on my phone?

Yes. TrainingVault works on any modern browser — phone, tablet, or computer.

14. What happens if I switch gyms?

Your account stays the same, but your old gym may revoke your access to their groups or videos. Each gym controls its own content and permissions.

If you join a new gym that uses TrainingVault, you can connect instantly using the same account by requesting access to the new gym's account.

15. What is TrainingVault used for?

TrainingVault is a secure platform where gyms and coaches upload videos from their gym for their members. It keeps everything private, organized, and easy to access.

16. Why do gyms use TrainingVault?

Gyms use TrainingVault to deliver personalized coaching videos, track member progress, and keep training content secure and private — all in one place.

And honestly, why watch other people train when you can watch yourself train? TrainingVault lets you review your own sessions, spot mistakes, study your movement, and critique your game with real clarity. It’s the fastest way to improve because the feedback is based on your actual performance.

17. What if I forget my password?

You can reset it anytime using the Forgot Password link on the login page.

18. What if my gym stops using TrainingVault?

You’ll lose access to new videos from that gym, but your account remains active. If you join another gym that uses TrainingVault, you can connect instantly.

19. What if I drop in for trainign at a random gym with TrainingVault?

If the gym has a TrainignVault account, request access to the gym and ask for access to the specific video with your participation. Because of TrainingVault's architecture and privacy you cant sample videos but contact the coach, give him your email address and they can grant specific access to you for that training session.
