1. What is TrainingVault?

TrainingVault is a private video platform built for gyms and coaches. It lets you upload training videos, assign them to members or groups, and deliver personalized coaching in a secure, professional way.

2. How much does TrainingVault cost for gyms?

TrainingVault is $200 per month. That’s roughly the value of 1–2 members, and the goal is to keep it as inexpensive as possible for gyms while still delivering a premium, private video platform. There are no long‑term contracts — you can cancel anytime.

3. Who owns the videos uploaded to TrainingVault?

Your gym controls all of the videos you upload. You decide exactly who can see each video — whether it’s a single member, a group, or your staff. Videos cannot be downloaded directly from the platform, which protects your training content and keeps it securely inside your gym’s ecosystem.

4. Can other gyms see my videos?

No. Every gym has its own private, isolated environment. No other gym or coach can see your content, members, or groups.

If you choose, you can invite other business owners to join your gym as members. They will only see the videos and groups you explicitly grant them access to — nothing else.

5. How do I add members to my gym?

Members can join your gym through your invite link or by being added manually. Once added, you can assign them to groups, upload videos for them, or give them access to specific training content.

6. Can I upload videos for individual members?

Yes. You can upload a video and assign it directly to a single member. Only that member (and your staff) will be able to view it.

7. Can I upload videos for groups?

Yes. Groups let you share content with multiple members at once — perfect for classes, programs, or belt levels.

8. Can members upload their own videos?

Yes. Members can upload training footage for you to review. Once uploaded, the gym controls who can see it and how it’s used.

9. Is TrainingVault secure?

Yes. All videos are stored using industry‑standard security practices. Only authorized staff and assigned members can access your content.

10. Can I remove a member’s access?

Yes. You can remove a member at any time. When removed, they instantly lose access to all videos and groups you’ve assigned to them.

11. What happens if a member switches gyms?

Their account stays the same, but you control access to your business’s video content. When a member leaves your gym, they immediately lose access to all videos, groups, and training materials you’ve assigned to them. If they join another gym using TrainingVault, they’ll only see that gym’s content — never yours.

12. Can I download or export my videos?

No. TrainingVault is designed to keep your training content secure inside your gym’s environment. Videos cannot be downloaded or exported directly from the platform.

13. Does TrainingVault support multiple coaches or staff accounts?

Yes. You can designate coaches under your gym who can add members, adjust member settings, create new groups, and assign members to those groups.

When a coach creates a folder, they become the owner of that folder. Folder ownership is strict: even the gym owner does not automatically have admin privileges to a coach‑owned folder. Access must be explicitly granted by the folder’s creator.

14. Can I use TrainingVault on my phone or tablet?

Yes. TrainingVault works on any modern browser — desktop, tablet, or mobile.
